By creating an account, accessing, or using the DreamsARK Student Portal ("Portal"), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

For users below the age of 18 years, registration must be completed with the knowledge, consent, and authorization of a parent or legal guardian. By proceeding with registration, the guardian confirms they have reviewed and accepted these Terms on behalf of the minor.

The following terms have the meanings set out below throughout this document:

To register and use the Portal, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• All information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
• Users under the age of 18 must have the authorization and active consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Only one account per individual is permitted unless otherwise explicitly authorized by the Company.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials at all times.

The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and suspend or terminate accounts where registration details are found to be inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.

By registering on the Portal, each User agrees to the following obligations:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration details at the time of account creation.
• Keep login credentials — including passwords — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Update profile information promptly whenever changes occur to ensure accuracy.
• Immediately notify DreamsARK at support@dreamsark.in in the event of any unauthorized access to or suspected breach of the account.

DreamsARK EduPaths provides educational guidance, career assessments, analytics, and advisory recommendations through the Portal and its associated services.

Users expressly acknowledge and agree that all Services provided by DreamsARK:

• Are advisory in nature and intended solely for informational and educational guidance purposes.
• Do not guarantee admission to any school, college, university, or educational programme.
• Do not guarantee employment, job placement, or career outcomes of any kind.
• Do not guarantee any specific academic performance or results.

Career assessments and the reports generated through the Portal are based on the responses submitted by the User and are processed through validated psychometric and analytical frameworks.

Users understand and agree that all assessment outputs:

• Are generated entirely from the responses and data submitted by the User during the assessment process.
• May include analytics, career interest profiles, aptitude scores, and recommendations.
• Are designed exclusively for educational guidance purposes and do not constitute a clinical, medical, psychological, legal, or professional diagnosis of any kind.
• Should not be used as the sole basis for any significant life decision without independent professional consultation.

Reports are intended to empower and inform students — not to replace the professional judgment of qualified counselors, educators, or other relevant professionals.

Certain programmes and services available on the Portal are subject to fees. The following terms govern all fee-based transactions:

• All payments are processed through authorized and secure payment providers (including HDFC SmartGateway). DreamsARK does not store card or bank account details.
• Prices for all programmes and services are subject to change at the Company's discretion. Current prices are displayed at the time of enrolment.
• Refund eligibility and the process for claiming refunds are governed by the Company's separately published Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
• Applicable taxes including Goods & Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate will be charged in addition to the displayed programme fee. A GST invoice will be provided upon successful payment.
• Digital reports and content that have already been delivered or accessed may become non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

All Users are required to engage with the Portal in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. Users shall not, under any circumstances:

• Upload, post, share, or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harmful, or fraudulent content through the Portal.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent their affiliation with any organization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Portal, its servers, databases, or related systems.
• Disrupt, interfere with, or degrade the performance, availability, or integrity of the Portal or its associated infrastructure.
• Scrape, copy, extract, or reverse engineer any content, system, algorithm, or platform feature of the Portal without explicit written permission from the Company.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

All content, materials, and systems made available through the Portal are the exclusive intellectual property of DreamsARK EduPaths Private Limited, including but not limited to:

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Portal solely for their personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Portal content requires prior written consent from the Company.

By registering on the Portal, Users consent to receive communications from DreamsARK EduPaths in connection with their account and the Services, including:

• Account notifications, enrollment confirmations, and payment receipts.
• Assessment completion updates, reports, and career recommendations.
• Session appointment reminders and counselor scheduling communications.
• Service announcements, platform updates, and policy change notices.
• Educational communications, career insights, newsletters, and webinar invitations.

Users may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time by contacting support@dreamsark.in or using the unsubscribe option included in marketing emails. Account-related and transactional communications cannot be opted out of while an account remains active.

DreamsARK EduPaths reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• Suspend or temporarily restrict access to a User's account pending investigation of suspected misuse.
• Permanently restrict or terminate access to Services for confirmed policy violations or fraudulent activity.
• Remove any content, data, or materials uploaded by a User that violate these Terms or applicable law.
• Terminate access to the Portal entirely where misuse, fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations are established.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting support@dreamsark.in. Account closure does not automatically entitle the User to any refunds and is subject to the Refund Policy.

This includes, without limitation, any losses arising from reliance on assessment results, career recommendations, or advisory guidance provided through the Portal. The Company's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the amount paid by that User for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

DreamsARK EduPaths reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon publication on the Portal.

Where changes are material, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Portal. Continued use of the Portal after the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
